AWSAD provides a safe and confidential space for anyone to report abuse, misconduct, or safeguarding concerns. Every report is handled with care, respect, and confidentiality by trained safeguarding officers.
What You Can Report
You can use this form to report gender-based violence, misconduct by staff or partners, neglect, exploitation, or any safeguarding concern. You can also share feedback, complaints, or compliments about AWSAD’s services.

AWSAD upholds zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, or exploitation. We are committed to protecting all women and girls under our care and ensuring that survivors receive timely, compassionate support.
Anonymous and Confidential
Reports may be submitted anonymously. AWSAD treats all information with confidentiality to the extent possible and follows established procedures to prevent retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith.
After submission, our Safeguarding Focal Point will review your report and contact you if follow-up is needed. If you submitted anonymously, AWSAD will still record and respond to the concern appropriately.
